Welcome to Dukan360. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy document explains how we collect, store, secure, and delete your data when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

To provide a functional point-of-sale (POS) and digital ledger experience, Dukan360 requests access to the following resources and information:

Authentication Information: Your name, email address, and Google account details when you sign up or log in.
Device Camera: Used to scan barcodes of products for billing and inventory management. We do not record video or capture photos without your consent.
Device Gallery/Storage: Used to select and upload custom product images.
Local SQLite Database: All sales, purchases, customer ledgers, and inventory records are stored locally in a secure SQLite database on your device for offline functionality.

2. Data Security & Storage

We use Google Firebase Services for authentication and secure database backups. If you are signed in, your transactions and ledger data are backed up securely to our Google Firebase cloud project to prevent data loss. Local data on the device remains secured within the app sandbox container.

3. Data Sharing

Dukan360 does not sell, trade, rent, or share any of your personal or business ledger details with any third parties. Your data belongs entirely to you.

4. Data Deletion (Your Rights)

You have full control over your data. If you decide to stop using our service, you can permanently delete your account and all associated cloud backup data by going to Settings -> Account & Privacy -> Delete Account. This action is irreversible and permanently erases your data from our database servers.

Dukan360 par khushamdeed. Aap ka data aur privacy humare liye sab se zyada ahem hain. Yeh Privacy Policy aap ko batati hai ke hum aap ka data kis tarah collect, store, secure aur delete karte hain.

1. Data Jo Hum Collect Karte Hain

Dukan360 app ko behtar chalane ke liye niche diye gaye features aur information ki zaroorat hoti hai:

Sign Up / Account Data: Aap ka naam, email address aur Google account details taake aap ka profile create kiya ja sake.
Mobile Camera Permission: Product ka Barcode scan karne ke liye camera ki permission zaroori hoti hai.
Storage / Gallery Access: Products ki photo lagane ke liye gallery se image select karne ke liye access zaroori hai.
Local SQLite Database: Aap ki dukan ka saara data, bills, ledgers aur products aap ke device par hi secure SQLite database mein offline save hote hain.

2. Data Security & Caching

Hum data backup aur authentication ke liye Google Firebase cloud system ka istemal karte hain. Jab aap signed in hote hain, to aap ka data cloud par securely backup ho jata hai taake mobile kharab ya gum hone ki soorat mein data zaya na ho.

3. Data Sharing

Dukan360 aap ka koi bhi karobari data, bills ya customer details kisi bhi teesri party (third-party) ke sath share ya sell nahi karta. Aap ka data mukammal tor par safe hai.

4. Account aur Data Delete Karna

Aap ke paas apna data delete karne ka poora ikhtiyar hai. Agar aap chahein to settings mein Account & Privacy -> Delete Account par click kar ke apna account aur cloud database se apna saara record hamesha ke liye delete kar sakte hain.

5. Rabta Karein

Agar aap ko is policy ke hawale se koi sawaal poochna ho, to aap support@dukan360.pk par rabta kar sakte hain.

Google Play policy ke mutabiq, agar aap ne humari app delete kar di hai aur aap apna account aur saara record hamesha ke liye delete karwana chahte hain, to aap niche diye gaye form ke zariye request bhej sakte hain.
